Building - Residential - Alterations

Remove existing perimeter walls in basement. Provide and install Polystyrene XPS extruded foam board glued to foundation. Construct outside walls with pressure treated floor plates and 2X4 wall studs. Insulate wall cavities with R15 faced insulation. Frame out bedroom area approximately 144 square feet. Frame out new space for full bathroom. Approximately 72 square feet. Provide and install sheetrock to all walls and ceiling of project area. Electrical and plumbing permits will be pulled by outside contractors.
