Stripped the one layer of old roofing material from most of the building with exception to the upper low pitched valley, which is done with modified bitumen and dispose of the waste material via dumpster. Install at least two courses or 6 feet of grace, ice and water shield tape all horizontal and vertical joints above the ice and water shield and cover with roofing underlayment. Install Tamco tighten architectural shingles.
