Building - Residential - Deck

Remove existing wood deck. Build new 12' x 30' one level deck. Install 7 new concrete piers/footings- 12 diameter, 42 below the ground level. Install metal plates to all deck piers/ footings. Install 7 supporting posts. Install 1 triple beam using pressure treated wood. Build new floor joists using pressure treated lumber. Build new floor deck using AZEK French White Oak Square Decking boards.
