Fence: Left side of house picket - wood 3'h x 32'l. Right side of house cedar - wood 6'h x 24'l. Back right side wire mesh - metal 4' h x 18'l FENCE CONDITIONS: SUBMIT CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND PHOTOGRAPHS WHEN FENCE IS COMPLETE. Fence not permitted to encroach on adjoining neighbor’s property or Village Right of Way. Maximum combined height of fence and retaining wall may not exceed 6 1/2 feet. FRONT YARD FENCING TO BE MAXIMUM 50% SOLID, SPACING TO EQUAL WIDTH OF PICKETS. Updated land survey showing all setback distances to new construction (if applicable) to be submitted prior to certificate of occupancy.
