Coffee Unique - Sidewalk Cafe Special Permit 2 Tables total and 6 Seats total). Special permit issued in accordance with Design Review Committee Approval dated April 9, 2025 and Planning Board Approval dated April 9, 2025. CONDITIONS FOR ALL SIDEWALK CAFÉ PERMITS 1) Applicant is responsible for maintaining and cleaning sidewalks each night 2) All refuse must be disposed of at interior garbage receptacles 3) All tables and chairs must remain against store front at all times, unless otherwise approved by the Planning Board 4) The area for the outdoor eating area shall not exceed the frontage of the related eating and drinking establishment 5) A minimum clear sidewalk area of 5 feet must be maintained at all times between the back of the seat in the extended position to the curb or nearest obstruction 6) Sidewalk cafe operations cease between December 1 and February 28th 7) No tables are allowed within 10’ of the curb at any time. 8) Permit shall be in compliance with Village Executive Order #3. 9) Operations shall be in accordance with New York State Department of Health and all other New York State rules, regulations and guidance.
