Alteration

LEGALIZATION - Existing concrete path was crumbling and uneven in places and had become hazardous for the handicap owner to walk on. Steps on path will be changes slightly by spreading them out so as to have not as many in a row and increasing the tread size from current size 16 inches to better accommodate a walking aid. Replace the cement surface with new pavers. Add a handrail on both sides of the path that extends for the entire length of the path.
