Alteration

Remove & reconstruct a concrete patio platform using 4000psi concrete. Finish top with new york bluestone. Approximately 6 x 18 platform. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -Should the new flagstone at the front entrance change the stair riser heights, you will need to make sure they are code compliant. -No work to be performed on the stairs and/or walkway without getting a separate permit.
