Kitchen and bathroom renovation. Washer & dryer set up. PERMIT CONDITIONS: - In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit Architect/engineer sign off with your CO application. - Provide automatic shut off valve and pan for washing machine. - All mechanical vent pipes need to be type B solid vent pipe, no flexible pipe is allowed.
