Alteration

Remove existing driveway pavers and install Belgium block set in cement. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -Need to apply for a separate fence permit and it needs to include bollard details to prevent cars from falling of elevated slab. -Provide DPW street opening & curb cut permit. -Should there be any drainage/catch basins in the driveway, they need be check that they are in working order. -Should they increase the size of the driveway, they will need additional drainage.
