Alteration

APT 3K - Renovate kitchen and master bathroom. Add a new bathroom and laundry closet. Add a wall in closet and new bedroom entrance. Install new hardwood floors and paint. PERMIT CONDITIONS: - In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit Architect/engineer sign off with your CO application. - Fire rated spray foam is not allowed for fire stopping. - All mechanical vent pipes need to be type B solid vent pipe, no flexible pipe is allowed.
