From the filingRemove all layers of existing asphalt driveway, grade area as needed. Install new item #4 base and pave2" top course. Reset existing stone apron, set in concrete. Install 20' steel drain in place of existing (see attached proposal). CONDITIONS: Certificate of Occupancy required to close out this permit.
