*LEGALIZATION* - Replace wood columns at front entry with new structural fiberglass column. Replace bluestone patio and walk at entry at existing location. PERMIT CONDITIONS: - In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit Architect/engineer sign off with your CO application.
