Excavate, repair and widen driveway. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -DPW street opening permit required for village right of way. -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit Architect/engineer sign off with your CO application. - Provide as built survey prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. - Certificate of occupancy won’t be issued until building permit to legalize dividing partition is issued.
