Alteration

Main & side attic: install 13" premium open cell spray foam to encapsulate attic to R-Value not less than 49. Sloped ceiling: cellulose insulation to R-value not less than 30". Exterior wall insulation to R-value not less than 13(cellulose). Cellulose insulation to floor overhang to R-value not less than 30". PERMIT CONDITIONS: - All mechanical vent pipes need to be type B solid vent pipe, no flexible pipe is allowed. - Any patching of walls and/or ceilings need to be included in final cost of construction. -Provide certificate from insulation installer verifying R-values, prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy.
