Alteration

Install 13" premium open cell spray foam insulation to encapsulate exposed attic spaces to an R-value not less than 49. Install premium dense pak cellulose at sloped ceiling areas to an R-value not less than 30. Install dense pak cellulose insulation to an R-value not less than 30 at floor overhang. PERMIT CONDITIONS: - All mechanical vent pipes need to be type B solid vent pipe, no flexible pipe is allowed. - Any patching of walls and/or ceilings need to be included in final cost of construction. -Provide certificate from insulation installer verifying R-values, prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy.
