Alteration

LEGALIZATION - Supply an articulating Boom Lift to inspect and replace all deteriorated wood soffit with composite PVC Board. No structural work being done. PVC board to be primed and coated to match existing. No joists will be disturbed. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit with Architect sign off with your CO application.
