Alteration

New front landing and walkway with steps to driveway. We also propose to add two low retaining walls in front of the house to define planting beds. We will be adding three new narrow steps/risers installed in the front lawn. The rear terrace existing landing and step will be removed and replaced with smaller landing and step. Additionally, repairs will be made to the existing bluestone patio. Cost estimate provided for the masonry work only, there will be additional plant installations. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit with Architect sign off with your CO application.
