LEGALIZATION: To remove blue stone over garage and re-waterproof & install bluestone. 2 feet of stone back on lower part of wall. PERMIT CONDITIONS: -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit with Architect sign off with your CO application.
