PERMIT CONDITIONS: -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Architect/engineer of record needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit with Architect sign off with your CO application. -In addition to scheduling inspections with our office, the Engineer of record for stormwater needs to sign off on all inspections prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. Please submit with Engineer sign off with your CO application.
