At the basement level, enclose the existing open rear porch with new walls to create additional storage space. At the first-floor level, expand the primary bedroom and relocate the existing bathroom. The proposed first-floor addition will be constructed above the existing sunroom. A new deck will also be constructed above the proposed storage area and the existing garage.
