Front Deck: Construct a new front porch/deck to replace existing, approximately 4 feet by 17 feet, including the landing and stairs (same size as existing). Rear Deck: Remove the existing rear deck and reconstruct a new deck in the same general location, approximately 20 feet by 22 feet, including the landing and stairs (same size and location as existing).
