ROOFING SIDING WINDOWS

Rip and remove existing layers of roof shingles from entire roof area. Re-nail plywood where ever necessary. Supply and install new aluminum drip edge at the roof eave. Supply and install six feet of ice and water barrier to all roof eaves and valleys. Supply and install 4 inch self adhered seam tape to all plywood joints. Supply and install synthetic roof underlayment to all remaining roof surfaces. Supply and install aluminum rake edge to all rakes. Supply and install GAF Weatherblocker starter shingles to all rake and eave edges. Supply and install GAF Timberline HDZ Limited Lifetime architectural roof shingles. Supply and install new neoprene roof boots to all exhaust pipes. Supply and install concealed GAF Cobra ridge vents. Supply and install GAF Timbertex premium hip and ridge cap. Use roller magnet to pick up all stray nails. Remove all excess and debris from job site. Rotted or delaminated plywood will be replaced at the rate of 85 per sheet.
