ROOFING SIDING WINDOWS

PAUL ST PUMP STATION: Remove and dispose of the existing flat roofing system on the main building and side porch, totaling approximately 2,700 square feet. Inspect the existing roof deck and replace damaged or deteriorated plywood as required, subject to approval for additional work. Install two layers of 2.6-inch polyisocyanurate insulation for a total R-30 assembly, including tapered insulation as needed to promote positive drainage to the existing roof drains. Install a fully adhered Elevate 60-mil EPDM roofing membrane with manufacturer-approved adhesives, seam tape, flashing, perimeter securement, drain detailing, sealants, and accessories. Preserve the existing perimeter copper flashing and concrete conditions, extend and terminate the new EPDM membrane behind the existing copper flashing, and complete all required flashing, cleanup, and final roof inspection. Asbestos-containing roofing materials will be removed prior to installation of the new roofing system.
