Plumbing for the Bora Restaurant & Bar interior expansion under building permit B-26-0212 (DrinB Corporation, 68 Stony Hill Rd, parcel 66 Stony Hill Rd). Install 6 new fixtures in the expansion space and connect new waste, vent, and hot/cold water piping to the existing building plumbing. New fixtures are two single-user restrooms (one accessible), each with 1 water closet and 1 lavatory, plus 1 wall-mounted hand sink and 1 2x2 ft mop/service sink. Interior work only, per stamped plans by Christopher Cetola, RA (Ilardi Design), sheet A-101, issued for permit 08/16/2026.
