From the filingPartial roof replacement and flashing repairs. Remove roof surfaces from affected areas where leaks have been identified. Replace ant damaged plywood. Temporarily remove vinyl siding in key areas where roof meets exterior walls and dormers. Install new ice & water shield underlayment overlapping onto sidewalls and dormers. Install new roofing shingles and step flashing where necessary.
