ROOFING SIDING WINDOWS

Remove existing roof down to decking. Nail entire deck with a ring shank nail to secure. Install ice and water barrier prover entire roof surface, along sidewall, protrusions, skylight and chimneys. Install metal drip and rake edge, starter shingle along perimeters, Certainteed Landmark AR 30 year/ lifetime architectural shingle, vent pipe boots, copper chimney flashings, reset existing skylights, fan contious ridge vent with cap shingle.
