ELECTRICAL

Install new 200 amp, 3 phase, 4 wire electrical service with service conduits, meter, and one 200 amp panel. Install power and low voltage conduits to scale location. Install power for overhead door openers and receptacles at bays. Install interior bay lighting with motion sensors, exit and emergency lighting, exterior wall lighting with photocell controls, and driveway pole lighting. All electrical work to be installed in accordance with applicable codes. AMENDED TO REFLECT CHANGE FROM 400 AMP TO 200 AMP SERVICE.
