ROOFING SIDING WINDOWS

Replace approximately 24 squares of roofing, including estimated waste, on a predominantly 5/12 to 7/12 pitch, multi-facet roof. Work includes complete tear-off, roof-deck inspection, up to three (3) sheets of 4 ft. x 8 ft. roof sheathing included in the base price, and installation of a complete CertainTeed Landmark PRO Max Def architectural shingle system. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable local code requirements and manufacturer installation specifications.
