Remove and dispose of the existing roofing materials down to the roof decking. Inspect the decking and replace any damaged wood as needed. Install new ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, flashing, and architectural asphalt shingles according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Install new ridge cap and ventilation as required. Clean the job site and remove all debris upon completion.
