REPAIR RESIDENTIAL

EX POST FACTO: Update existing 3,015 sf. 2-family: 1st floor and 2nd floor apartments to each include 2 bedroom,1 full bathroom, living room, kitchen (see plans for detail) 3rd floor to be finished playroom for 2nd floor apartment. Renovation and reconfiguration of the existing residential interior building to include new electrical, plumbing, insulation, sheetrock, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, closets, all new finishes, new stairs. Construct a new covered exterior stairway along the side of the building to provide access between the required floor levels and grade. All work shall comply with applicable building and safety codes. AMEND APPLICATION TO INCLUDE REPLACEMENT OF ALL WINDOWS. AMENDED TO INCLUDE (1) HALF BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY (WITH PLAYROOM) ON 3RD FLOOR. (No full bathroom on 3rd floor; 3rd floor not to be used as bedroom or separate apartment)
