11 SQ FT of Roof: Remove existing roofing shingles down to the existing roof decking, Inspect the exposed decking for damage and re nail to secure the decking, Install seam tape over decking joints, Install ice and water shield at the eaves and around roof penetrations, and install roofing underlayment over the remaining roof surface. Install new asphalt shingles, ridge ventilation, and matching ridge cap shingles, Install roofing materials in accordance with the manufacturers installation instructions. Remove and dispose of roofing debris and clean the work area upon completion
