ROOFING SIDING WINDOWS

Remove and dispose of approximately 1,000 square feet of existing asphalt roofing shingles and underlayment. Inspect the existing roof sheathing and replace damaged areas as needed with matching-thickness CDX plywood. Re-nail existing sheathing where required and install seam tape at plywood joints. Install new black aluminum drip edge at eaves and rakes, ice and water shield at eaves, valleys, and roof penetrations, and synthetic roof underlayment over the remaining roof deck. Install new starter strip, GAF Timberline HDZ asphalt shingles, ridge ventilation, ridge cap shingles, plumbing vent boots, and aluminum kickout flashing as required. All roofing debris will be removed and properly disposed of.
