RETAINING WALL

Construct a 3' high stone wall along the north property line 120' Conditions of permit: Loose laid stone wall will need to follow the plan as drawn. A rigid wall with mortar joints will require a frost protected footing. Plantings will be required in front of wall as well as wheel stops to prevent vehicle surge on the wall. A guard rail shall be required if change in elevation exceeds 30 inches and has a walking surface adjacent to wall without plantings.
