ADDITION-COMMERCIAL

Scope of Work: Construction of an upper-level residential addition comprising 16 new apartment units (eight 1-bedroom and eight 2-bedroom) above existing ground-floor commercial spaces. Converting the property to a mixed-use occupancy fully sprinklered building. Deferred Submittals & Conditions: A licensed Structural Engineer shall be retained to provide construction-phase services. The engineer will evaluate the existing first-floor structure during construction and issue supplemental drawings to ensure proper structural coordination between the existing conditions and the new construction.
