Unit F-104 - Remove and replace the existing boiler in the exact same location and footprint as original with new Navien brand NCB-240 boiler, flue pipe and controls. Remove and replace the existing air conditioning equipment in the exact same location and footprint as original with new Daikin brand DC5SEA2410 condenser and First Co brand 24HCXW air handler and controls.
