Price is for the replacement of the past its useable lifespan Condenser and Air Handler. New system will be a R454. The line set will be flushed and reused as much as possible. The new Air Handler will be ducted into the same plenum with minor duct modifications. Condenser will be set outside in the same location as the existing one and will be set on a new pad. Condenser will have a new electrical whip and disconnect. Line set will be properly secured. Drainage will be run into the existing drain.
