This scope includes the installation of concrete pads, fencing and bollards for bulk gas storage along with associated tanks and equipment. \n\n The pad located on the Southeast corner of the property will be for a new 6,000 gallon liquid nitrogen tank, 3,000 gallon liquid argon tank and hydrogen hydril tubes that hold 25,000 SCF of gas. Tank layout has been done by Air Products to be compliant with NFPA 55 (2020) regulation for distance away from exposures group. Air products has provided pad foundation drawings for their equipment. The bulk gas storage pad will be surrounded by a fence with proper means of egress along with 6in concrete bollards around the perimeter. \n\n The 18ft X 38ft pad mid way along the west side of the building will be for light weight equipment and poured according to the vaporizer foundation drawing. \n \n The third engineered concrete pad is for mounting vertical nitrogen and argon gas storage tanks. This pad will also have fencing around it with proper egress and 6in bollards around the perimeter.
