Strip all shingles down to bare wood. Replace compromised wood. Install aluminum trim around all perimeters. Roof to have 6ft Ice & Water barrier applied from eave, and 3ft in valley and wall transitions. 4in Butyl tape to be applied to plywood seams above I&W. This remaining area to be covered by synthetic underlayment. Roof to be shingled with supplied asphalt architectural shingles with 1.25 nails with 5 per shingle. All boot flanges to be replaced. Replace ridge vent with Cobra roll ridge vent along vented peak. 22 sq
