1,800 SF (18SQ) Roof Replacement - Strip and remove all original shingles down to decking. Inspect for loose or rotten substrate. Replace as needed to create a nailable surface. Once decking is secure. Install 6 feet of ice and watershield on all eaves and 3 feet of ice and water in all valleys and other leak prone areas. All plywood joints will be taped with 4 inch seam tape. Synthetic underlayment will be installed on the remaining portion of the roof. New drip and rake metal will be installed. Asphalt starter course will be installed along the eaves and rakes of the roof. Owens Corning Duration Series shingles and matching hip and ridge cap will be installed. **INSPECTION REQUIRED FOR ICE & WATER, SEAM TAPE, UNDERLAYMENT - 24-48 HR NOTICE**
