Furnish & install new aluminum drip & rake and new ice & water shield at the eave of the roof at least 6 ft wide and 3 ft in all valleys 4-inch tape flashing to seal all plywood joints, synthetic underlayment not covered by ice & water shield, Owen corning shingles - duration - colonial slate, new cobra and caps. 25 sq. **INSPECTION REQUIRED FOR ICE & WATER, SEAM TAPE, UNDERLAYMENT - 24-48 HR NOTICE**
