Residential Garage

Construct a new 24' x 36' detached garage on a poured concrete foundation. Phase 1 includes old driveway removal, site excavation, and gravel base preparation by Tri-Sons Building & Excavation. Phase 2 includes a new 8-inch poured concrete foundation wall and typical 4-inch concrete slab poured on grade by Joe's Concrete. Phase 3 includes the delivery and structural framing of a 24' x 36' pre-engineered detached garage by Kloter Farms, built to provided architectural plans. Property owner is acting as the general manager for all phases.
