Remove existing laminated asphalt shingles down to the existing roof deck and install a complete replacement roofing system over approximately 2861 square feet of roof surface with a twelve over twelve pitch Inspect the existing roof deck and replace damaged sheathing only when required Install code required minimum four inch self adhering polymer modified bitumen seam tape over roof deck joints where applicable Install ice and water barrier at eaves valleys and roof transitions synthetic underlayment metal drip edge gutter apron starter shingles laminated asphalt shingles ridge vent ridge cap pipe jack flashing step flashing and wall flashing Complete all work in accordance with the 2022 Connecticut State Building Code applicable IRC requirements and roofing manufacturer instructions Remove and dispose of all roofing debris No structural framing changes are planned. **INSPECTION REQUIRED FOR ICE & WATER, SEAM TAPE, UNDERLAYMENT - 24-48 HR NOTICE**
