Siding

The project consists of the complete removal and replacement of approximately 17 squares (1,700 square feet) of existing exterior siding. Work includes the careful demolition and disposal of existing siding materials, inspection of the exposed wall sheathing for visible damage, and installation of a new weather-resistant barrier where required. New exterior siding will be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and all applicable local and state building code requirements. The scope also includes the installation of all necessary accessories and finishing components, including starter strips, J-channels, corner posts, trim pieces, flashing, and fasteners as required for a complete and weather-tight installation. Any disturbed areas will be properly finished to match the new siding system. The work is limited to exterior siding replacement and does not include structural modifications unless otherwise approved by the building department.
