Renovations - new basement bathroom and laundry area Hot Water Boiler, Water Heater, Washing Machine and lighting fixtures KEPT IN DENIAL--JOHN C 8.12.26: Updated chimney cert attached - must use this one  Verifying individual must be indicated Size of chimney must be indicated  Lined or unlined must be indicated If unlined- proper liner required with permit  If washing machine is new a riser diagram is required Water heater and boiler must be on the Mechanical Technical Section  Backflow preventer must be added to Plumbing Subcode Technical Section  Electrical layout diagram must be submitted
