Air seal floor of attic peak to conditioned space interface at all top plates, wire, and pipe penetrations. Supply and install loose fill cellulose at attic peak to an R-Value not less than 49. At side attic space: Supply and install 13 inch premium open cell spray foam insulation to encapsulate attic to an R-value not less than 49. Supply and install DC315 water based fire protection intumescent coating as required at the foam surface to manufacturers specifications. Create access as required at 2nd floor sloped ceiling areas. Supply and install premium dense pak cellulose insulation at sloped ceiling areas to an R-Value not less than 30.\n
