Interior Demolition / Tearout

Interior demolition and tear out of non-load bearing paritions, carpet only, rubber base, ceiling tiles, and fixtures in preparation for future teanant build-out / remodeling. All work is strickly non-structural and all utilities will be safely capped off. Debris to be legally disposed of off-site
