Swimming Pool

We would like to install an above ground backyard pool, oval, 15 x 30, 4' deep. The pool will be more than 5' from all property lines and the buried power line and more than 10' from the overhead power line. We understand that a City inspection of the fence, pool, and alarm system is required before the pool is filled with water, and that work cannot begin without a permit.
