Building Repair

Original Scope included removal and replacement of miscellaneous brickwork sections around the residence and some minor tuckpointing. Upon initial removal of the worst brick section at the front porch brick facing, the backup was discovered to be unstable due to tree roots, and more extensive removal was required. The bricks are to be mostly salvaged from the existing structure, and any new bricks will be closely matching salvaged bricks. All mortar is to comply with the existing masonry. There is no foundation work required.
