Tear out & replace approx. 1,000 s/f wet foam roofing down to old BUR only. Apply silicone base coat to newly foamed area. Make minor repairs with silicone caulk to 8,000 s/f of existing roof surface to prepare for silicone top coat. Pressure wash same 8,000 s/f roof area to prepare for silicone top coat. Spray apply entire surface with Silicone weather barrier coating at minimum 15 additional mils. Embed 3M ceramic roofing granules into top layer of coating for extended wear.
