( 1011 Amherst&nbsp; AKA 1015 Amherst - Amherst Park Geothermal Phase-1 Install ) This Phase 1 (Alteration Level 1) scope of work involves drilling ( 11 ) geothermal wells and routing the bore field piping to a newly installed interior flow center. The project includes the installation of a ground source heat pump, domestic hot water tanks, dedicated electrical panels, and all required disconnects. Additionally, a new separation wall will be constructed to secure the geothermal equipment from tenant access. All new mechanical equipment will be fully tested for proper operation, but will remain offline until Phase 2 begins.&nbsp; *** Digeplan ***&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>*** Attached Neg.
